Khalid Farooqi, M.D.

Dr. Farooqi received his Medical Degree from Hahnemann University Hospital in 1998. He obtained Board Certification in 1999 from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

A Licensed Physician, Dr. Farooqi works with clients aged 18 years and older, providing general adult psychiatry.
