Scheduling

To schedule an initial appointment at any of our sites, call: 610-544-2110. You can expedite the scheduling process by utilizing our secure online Make An Appointment link. All initial scheduling occurs through contact with the staff at our Springfield office.

During your telephone contact with us, our receptionist will review your insurance coverage and fees and will be able to schedule an appointment usually within a few days of the date of your call.

Our office hours are:
Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 9 PM
Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM
Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM

Insurance and Fees

We accept most local insurance carriers, including Personal Choice, Amerihealth, Aetna, and United Behavioral Health. If you are unsure as to whether your insurance covers you or your family member's care with us, our receptionist will assist you. We also accept private pay.
