        The development of responsibility as an issue in the development
        of children and teens, addressing peer culture and wider culture
        impact on responsibility-development, and strategies to enhance
        personal responsibility.

Physical Wellness - (Craig Erb)
        What is necessary for an overall healthful body? Focus is on basics
        and concepts of cardiovascular endurance, muscular conditioning,
        and flexibility.

Building the Classroom Environment - (Craig Erb)
        Discussion of the processes necessary for building a physically and
        emotionally safe classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning.

Adventure-Based Education - (Craig Erb)
        Introduction to cooperative games, trust activities, and group
        problem-solving initiatives.

Experiential Activities in the Classroom - (Craig Erb)
        Techniques are provided for classroom teachers to engage the
        experiential learner, and to enhance the educational process
        through use of experiential activities.

Team Building for the School Faculty - (Craig Erb)
        Custom designed experiential programs for school in-service days
        are presented that promote group unity and create ways to increase
        team productivity.

        Student behaviors impeding learning are identified, and action plans
        are developed to address those behaviors.

        Practice in the process of goal setting is presented using experiential
        activities to aid in planning and creating problem solving strategies.

        Helping adolescents identify stress, its sources, and developing ways
        to successfully cope with and manage stress.

Childhood Psychiatric Disorders: Recognition and Intervention - (Vincent Bellwoar, PhD)
        Appropriately identifying, intervening, and referring children with
        emotional/psychiatric symptoms.
